I booked a flight ticket and filed a refund request within ** mins of booking the flight as their online option booked me to the alternate airport.. paytm said that they have forwarded the request to Airindia and no update since then. It been more than * months. Every I call them they give another time. Fedup with this company .. will never book anything with them..
