Amazon provided a Defective Product thru its online portal. Initially when we raised for return, it was rejected. Subsequently on escalating to CEO Andy Jassy, return was processed. There is no compensation to the physical, mental torture endured thru this whole process and hence As per consumer protection action **** and as per Honourable Court's order vide#https://lawbeat.in/top-stories/delhi-consumer-court-orders-flipkart-to-pay-rs-**k-for-cancelling-confirmed-orders-without-reason-*******, Amazon cannot wash off his hands stating it is merely an intermediary. Despite being made aware of this, Amazon refuses to compensate for the above deficiency.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
