I have renewed AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) with Company for further Two Years by paying fees of Rs. ****.** on **.**.**** (Actually AMC is in force for last * years continuously)
On **.**.****, my Aqua-guard machine has stop working. I have lodged online complaint to Company as well as I have send SOS message to the person who used to come my home for servicing the unit under AMC.
They has expressed their inability to come to service of unit stating that due to lockdown their service person could not come to my home to attend the complaint.
I told them that how one can live without drinking water. And drinking water could come under essential commodity and you should request authority to allow you to come for servicing. But they have denied.
It is evident that one cannot live without drinking water, I compelled to get my Aqua-guard repaired from freelance mechanic.
Circuit of unit was not working and it was required to replace it. He has charged Rs. ****.** (Rs. ****.** for New Circuit + Rs. ***.** for servicing)
As my Aqua-Guard unit is under AMC, I asked the reimbursement of Rs. ****.** from the Company. But they have denied reimbursing.
My request is to get the amount of Rs. ****.** reimburse from Company as my unit was and is under AMC.
