Hii sir.
I live in surat @ bhestan sundaram status, I have currently taken a Tikona net connection@ home of **mbps package using it since * month only, it just worked * to * days only and after that I am.not getting ** Mbps... For that I have complaint at call centre and they said there is no refund, I have called the engineers and executive of surat Tikona office to cancel my subscription and refund my amount as said at the time of fitting. The wordings were if in * month we are not satisfy with the service or problem with Tikona connection u will get refund easily. But now I am suffering with there service and network no * listen and resolve my issue...
Please help i just want to cancel.my subscription and want my refund not full but at least ****..
