Our router wifi is not working from last three days. We raised complaint online on my tikona app * days ago. One engineer(Akshay shirsat) assigned by tikona team for visit and resolve the issue.
He came yesterday morning and checked the all settings of router. He left without resolving the issue and said that he would come back but he has not come yet.Tried repeatedly to call him back but he is not picking up the phone.
I tried to call him for **-** times but he is not picking up the call (+** ***** *****). And when we call customer care, they are giving the same contact number of that engineer.we are facing lots of problems from last three days because of no internet connection.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
