I have *** rs balance in my account, still tikona is generating my bill and asking me to pay * months plan in advance. I have been sending mails about discontinuation of services since past one week but no revert from their side. The dealer Rajendra Navalgundi +** ***** ***** Says tikona is postpaid but takes payment in advance, what kind of post paid service takes payments in advance, Tikona doesnt have a proper channel to discontinue, customer care lines are always ivr, app support also doesnt work. Calls are also not entertained.
