I have ** months Tikona broadband as i work from home and during the month of June **** the issue began and the service was not fit for purpose. There were multiple engineer visits and none were able to solve my issue. So in july i had to purchase another broadband and asked Tikona to refund me remaining months refund to which they denied as its not their policy even they are not able to provide service. This has caused me paying more for new broadband and hassle during June and July was unbearable.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
