Reliance Retail Limited - SERVICE AFTER SALE

I have purchased Aquaguard Crystal Uv Plus Water Purifier as on **/**/****(Installation Date).
In JAN-****, I have made request for service to my Aquagurd waterpurifier to RELIANCE DIGITAL RESQ SERVICE CENTRE (Request Number-**********) the technician of RESQ Service centre was came to my resident on Sunday **/**/**** at **:** AM and told me that your water source available at your site in the morning till *:** AM , so I will come with booster pump in next day but he does not come when I have approach the RESQ Service Centre , the customer care & CEO of the company told me that you can arrange BOOSTER PUMP by your own self or fix the valve of Waterpurifier to water tank by your self and at your own cost , after that we will send our technician for service of Waterpurifier. and they are not providing the service to the product under warranty. which is not acceptable, even they are not bothered to call me regarding the issue when I have complaint to National Consumer complaint website and closed the complaint without any call to me.
