Reliance Retail Limited - Order return but refund not receive yet

Purchased online by reliance digital Order No: RDF******** Which is delivered wrong supply Ac outdoor unit is * star (Samsung *.* Ton * Star *-in-* Convertible
AR**AY*YATA Inverter) as per my order and Ac indoor unit * star (Model No. AR**TV*PFWKN) which is the wrong model delivered on **th April ****. Tax invoice and Photo as attached for your reference.

On **th April **** at **** hours, an installation engineer visited to install the AC but found a wrong supply of model from reliance digital. He updated his team and told me verbally that you will get a call from our back office team for the same.

I very well understand the current situation of pandemic government restriction, but the government has allowed e-Shopping/ Commerce, after many calls and emails return order pickup ** days by the reliance digital pickup team on **/**/****, **** hrs. Pickup driver no: **********.....and it's over ** days gone still I have not received refund still requesting for a refund.

I have been contacting them via email and calls for the last ** days to get in touch with the manager. Every time I call them they are like I promise you will receive a call from our manager within * hour and there is no answer from them yet and send email reply like, We have already taken up the issue with the delivery department to check this issue for your product return request in the process only. We request you to allow us some time as we revert you with a positive response. . .This is so frustrating!!!

Telecom with reliance digital customer care and earlier telecom with Mr ****h B******* Mobile no ********** (Email ID: a****.b******@ril.com) from reliance logistic manager, I have contacted and confirmed that the return is safely received and updated in the internal system and approved refund. Still, I'm waiting for the refund amount.
