I was told to make online payment for the products via paytm, once payment was done and screenshots were shared to vendor, they refused to process my order and informed me there is some problem. I demanded for the refund but now no one is responding. It’s a fraud case.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
