Reliance Retail Limited - New AC unit purchased from store is not working within 3 days of installation

I have purchased a Lloyd *.* ton AC from Reliance Retail Ltd, Nagole, Hyderabad on **th April ****. The AC unit was installed on ** May evening . The next day when we started using the AC, we noticed water leaking from the internal unit and we complained to Reliance service team. The leakage issue was fixed on ** th May and on the same day after using the AC for about * hours, the unit stopped functioning. When we gave complaint same day, the service team came on *th May and informed that the mother board has been damaged and we can request for a replacement. I have reached out to local store from where I brought the AC and as there was no proper response, I have escalated to the Reliance service team in Mumbai. Even after following up for * days there was no assurance of any replacement. They are just postponing by saying that we are looking into the issue and will respond in ** hours.

Now I am not interested in any replacement and demanding them for a refund. i have not received any response for my refund request.
