Manoj Kumar Sinha filed complaint against Jio mart on Aug 10, 2020
After my previous Complaint Id: *****, they have marked status in their app as delivered. Previously it was showing returned. I have already attached previous screen print (with Complaint Id: *****). I am attaching current screen-print. It seems their intension is to close this case without any refund. Please suggest how to file FIR against these froud people. Could you please make people aware about their froud, so that no more people suffered. it seems lot many people are already cheated by these people as I have seen lot many people have put similar type of complaint at their twitter account @JioMart_Support . These people are totally shameless and don't bother about any type of action by customer. These people should be punished for their shameful act.
