We are a business that deals in clothes we send our clothes through delivery . we sent one of the big orders through delivery and even after a month the product wasn't delivered even though it was showing delivered a long time ago. we created a claim on their website, yet they are giving excuses that it is out of their time limit of ** days after the order. this is a disgrace honestly. first of all its a **k order second, it was completely their fault that the order was lost and third they are not even providing good services to help us out
