Juned dilavar kureshi filed complaint against Delhivery on Dec 4, 2025
My name is Juned Kureshi. I would like to bring to your notice an ongoing issue regarding parcel delivery in my area (Mokhada, Palghar, Maharashtra - ******). Heavy parcels (around *-* kg) are not being delivered to my address, and I am repeatedly asked to collect them from your centre which is around ** km away. Even after paying full shipping charges, I am forced to travel and spend extra money and time.
Every time I contact the delivery team, I am given reasons such as vehicle issues or no vehicle availability, and the parcel remains at the centre until I go personally. This issue is not only affecting me but also many people in my area.
I request you to kindly look into this and provide a proper solution so that parcels can be delivered at our doorstep as per service norms.
