I had shipped a return product to the amazon seller via Delhivery. Delhivery damaged my product and did not deliver to the seller. Now I won't get the refund from the seller for the returned item and Delhivery is refusing the refund of cost of damage they have done.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
