Hello All,
I am writing this email with utmost dissatisfaction related to a fraudulent activity done by a seller via Amazon.
I order a hair oil name KPN Neelibringadi Hair oil on **Oct and the product was delivered on ** October ****.
I ordered this product for my mother who is a senior citizen (age **).
When the product was delivered, I wasn't in the same location and my Mother was unable to verify the authenticity of the product.
After two months now that am back ,I thought of using the product only to realize, that the product which we received is a DUPLICATE product.
Since its been *months, the customer care is refusing to refund the amount, we are ready to even return the product, but they are not supporting any such action.
The seller FOOLED US and its sad to know that AMAZON is allowing this to happen.
So kindly go through the below details and request you to process the product's refund as soon as possible.
