Boat lifestyle - Not receiving Replacement product

Ticket id - ********, I have raised a query of my product warranty and my product has been picked up on *th September,**** but still i don't got my replacement product. Now my patience has been over because it's going to be * months, now i don't need my replacement product. I Need Refund of my product at any cost, otherwise i'll file a complaint to consumer court. You have to pay me a very high compensation because you have wasted my lots of time. I want my refund because one of my friend has also claimed warranty of his product but due to technical issue he got refund of his product.
My product is "NIRVANA ION CHARCOAL BLACK"
I bought at a price of Rs ****/-
So, i don't want to listen ay excuse, i just need my refund that's it.
I want full refund with a compensation.
