Indian Penal Code, bans the sale of sex toys under Section *** of the code. According to this section/law sale of sex toys by prohibiting sale, hiring, exhibition, and circulation of things as varied as books, pamphlets, posters, or any other object which tend to deprave and corrupt persons is banned.
My ** year old niece wanted to look for a massager for her mother and she came across vagina vibrators in her search results. So how can SNAPDEAL openly flout these rules and allow sale of illegal products?
