I made a purchase of Cute Monsters Collectible Toy Big Into Energy Plush Blind Box – * Fluffy Vinyl Figures ( Pack Of * ) × * vide order no. ****** on ** June **. Received the package on *st Jul **. When we opened the box we realised they are all fakes. Wrote to them and also sent them video and images and the details of the fake. Infact the box did not have the QR code, nor were other features mentioned matching. They keep writing back stating it is authentic.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
