Superdry - Seller not committing delivery date

I made an online purchase of rs.****/- On **/**/**** for a t shirt at superdry online store and made the online payment for the same. After which I got an email from them stating that the order has been placed, but there was no delivery date mentioned or any delivery timeline. I called their helpline no. Which they answered after ** calls and said that the order has not been accepted. They will accept it in ** hours and then process further but no communication further from them. it’s been more than ** hours now still no response on the status of my order. I have written emails to them, messaged them on Facebook but they just say that they will escalate it and nothing else. A lot of other people have also complained about them not responding after taking the money.
