I have booked the round trip ticket Dubai to Chennai from Goibibo.com on *-sep-**** from Airindia airlines (DXB-MAA) & emirates airlines (MAA-DXB). While booking I have got less price quote for the same ticket from other Service provider but I have booked in Goibibo.com because they mentioned in baggage information section I will get **kgs free luggage allowance. But after I booked the ticket I have cross verified about the free luggage allowance with the airindia airlines for this booked PNR but the airlines says your having only **kgs free luggage allowance. Then I have contacted Goibibo.com for this issue they checked and told the same you have only "**kgs free luggage allowance" then I asked that, "why you have mention wrongly in your website?". For that they said sorry but we cant do anything for this. for this issue I have called from dubai to Goibibo.com india number over the international call rate for more then ** to ** mins (this call charged me around AED ** = Rs***). but they are said we can give only gocash Rs*** only this much only we can do there is not option. I have even asked to cancel the ticket and refund the fully money to me because this is your mistake but they refused that request.
