I have ordered this product on ** June and I received on ** June by courier boy.

After receiving the product, Mi Bluetooth Selfie stick remote is missing. So on that very day I called Mi customer service about this that the product is defective,item is missing. Even I sent photograph of Bluetooth Selfie stick. For conformation I again called customer care and asked is any thing missing on selfie stick? They have clearly said it was missing ( I do have voice conversation between me and mi customer service care).
I have received a email on ** July that... Already our team informed you that we have investigated from our end and found that the product was delivered in intact condition. Hence, we will not be able to process this claim.
I even request to send Bluetooth remote but it didn't send.
So I don't have any option and I failed to request Mi service provider. Now I have given complain to National Consumer Helpline. My Complain No :- ******* but still it was not provided to me...
