BSNL - Security refund not received from BSNL

Hi Voxya,

I was bsnl broadband user since ****, in earlier I used there dsl broadband services. But few years back bsnl introduced there ftth services in my area, so I have decided to go with it and as usual they have taken about one month for installation.

There services were okay, but after a year I realized that they are charging me more then other operator. So I have decided to leave bsnl ftth broadband service.

I submitted a disconnection request on *th nov **** and paid final payment on **th nov **** of amt ****/- (phone number ****-******* under account number **********) and I thought that is it and now they will come and take there equipment back refund my security deposit to me.

But I guess this is not done from bsnl, I waited for about one month and when there no response received from bsnl, then I visited there csc (ambala city) again to know what is the status!

And they said "You haven't filled a security refund form yet, fill that and then you will get your security deposit amt back via cheque within next ** days". So on ** jan ****, I have filled security refund form and submitted at csc and I asked them "What about equipment? Are you guys gonna take it back or what?" and they said "Yeah, deposit those equipment's as well, you have to do it by yourself".

So on **th jan ****, I have deposited there equipment's back to them.

But even after ** days they haven't refunded me security deposit. So I visited bsnl csc again, and they said "We don't know anything about it, visit main bsnl office witch is in ambala cantt".

I did the same and visited there ambala cantt branch/office, but they said "Our system is not working come back tomorrow".

When I visited next day, so they said "You have to wait more" I said "How much time I should wait?" and the answer is "There are lot of people asking for security deposit refund from last year, they haven't got there security deposit back yet. We can't do anything about it, because that's not in our control".

Now is bsnl cheating me openly, they have taken there every penny from me, but they are not giving my security deposit back to me.

* months have gone but I haven't received my security deposit refund from bsnl.

What I can do? I read somewhere on the internet about Voxya, that you guys can help me in this!
