I am writing to file a complaint against Stanza Living for the non-refund of my security deposit amounting to INR **,***.
I vacated the property on **th May ****, and as per Stanza Living's policy, the security deposit is supposed to be refunded within ** days of move-out. However, it has now been well over the stipulated period, and I have not received any refund to date.
I have raised multiple support tickets through the Stanza Living app, but I have not received any resolution or response from their support team. This delay and lack of communication is highly unprofessional and has caused me undue stress and inconvenience.
I request the forum to kindly take appropriate action to ensure that my security deposit is refunded immediately, along with any applicable compensation for the delay.
