I had stayed at Stanza Living – São Paulo House, Whitefield, Bengaluru and paid a security deposit of ₹**** at the time of joining. After vacating the property and completing all required formalities, Stanza Living informed me that ₹**** would be refunded after standard deductions.
It has now been over two months, and I have not received the refund amount of ₹****. Despite raising multiple tickets and follow-ups with their customer support team, there has been no response or action from Stanza Living’s side.
This prolonged delay and lack of communication are highly unprofessional and have caused significant inconvenience. I request that Stanza Living process my refund immediately.
