Even after paying all the dues, in the app it was showing the dues. It was never resolved in * years of time for which several service requests were raised. It was on mail as well that once you pay the due amount all the differences will be removed but it never did. December **** was the last month and we raised exit through service request on *st december. We even informed one of the person from billing team about the issue as the dues was still showing we could not raise exit through the app. We have all the chats of whatsapp with billing team, Call recordings where they have promised we will get deposit but it was not returned. its been * months and they are not replying on service request or whatsapp or on call.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
