I had rented a *BHK flat at Singasandra, Bangalore thorough Nestaway on **/**/****. I had paid a security deposit of Rs.***** on **/**/**** which was to be refunded fully, within * days of move out provided there wasn't any damages detected in the move out inspection. I moved out of the said flat on */**/**** after giving adequate notice. Nobody showed for the inspection despite Nestaway making an appointment. *** days later, I still haven't received my refund. I contacted Nestaway several times regarding the same. On **/**/**** Nestaway sent me an email saying after various deductions which I wasn't made aware of, my refund amount was only *****.** and it'll be sent to me once they have recovered it from the house owner. According to the Nestaway portal, my refund amount is now only ****.**. Nobody came for inspecting the property. The deductions are on unfounded charges. Please help me get my deposit back and if possible the interest for the past *** days. I'm exhausted from chasing after this.
