I Have Vacated The Room In May After Serving Notice Period Of One Month. They Have Deducted One Month Rent As Lock-In Period Charges. The Remaining Rs. **,*** Was Not Even Reflecting In Their System As Security Deposit. After Multiple Calls With Customer Support They Confirmed At The Beginning Of August That They Will Refund Rs. **,*** By **th August.
But To Date I Have Not Received My Security Deposit Back. Every Raised Service Request Is Closed By Them With A Generic Response.
