I had vacated the Colive premises over * months ago, yet my refundable amount has not been returned. I have complied with every requirement raised by Colive, including submission of bank account details and address for correspondence.
Colive property Address: OM Shree Nilaya H N *, *th cross, Srinivasa Reddy layout, BTM *th Stage, behind RR layout, Nyanappana Halli, Arekere, Bengaluru, Karnataka ******, India and Colive property Name: Vilnius _MF-***. The date of checkout was **-**-****
Despite raising multiple service requests, including Ticket SR******(latest), there has been no refund, no resolution, and no formal response from Colive.
This prolonged delay and lack of communication amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. The matter has caused financial loss and mental harassment.
I am seeking immediate refund of the full refundable amount along with appropriate compensation
