This is Venkatesan. from Chennai, being a disable person, booked Colive *** Santa barbara on **th Jun for staying . They took ****rs advance and ****rs for rent from **th to **th of Jun**. I went and saw the same, i could not stay over there because of accessibility issue for me and searched other colives but those were not suitable, then I left bangalore.
So i demanded my money back from colive and they asked to raise service request through app, I raised , but no responce so far. unable to reach them over phone. no sales executives are supporting. kindly do the needful - Thanks
