Hi, I had taken a house on rent in Whitefield, Bangalore through Nestaway. The House ID is ******. I gave them proper * months notice to vacate. They acknowledged it and accordingly I vacated the house. The rent was paid till last date of my stay. The Land lady acknowledged receipt of house and keys in good condition. Nestaway collected the security deposit from the owner and never paid me. My entire security deposit of Rs.*.* lakh is pending with them and they are not responding to my mails or phone. I tweeted to their founder Mr. Amarendra Sahu but he also didn't respond.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
