I have vacated the flat on **nd December **** and it was informed that I will receive my security deposit within * working days. Initially, they put the blame on landlord that he hasn't paid them the security amount but that was never the case. My last owner has fully settled their amount with nestaway * weeks back. Now, there is no response from them though I am continuously writing mails and calling them. They have stopped picking up my calls. I have written to the CEO (Amarendra Sahu) also but invain.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
