Property offboarded by nestaway (House id - N*****), my family had to relocate during the pandemic.I vacated the property on **nd November ****. Complied with all their maintenance charges ,yet they refuse to refund my money stating it is with owner. Owner States nestaway hasn't paid him in months. Ultimately my deposit is stuck due to all of these differences between owner and nestaway. No dedicated customer care line, any requests raised are only met with automated responses. During moving in to the property I was promised that my deposit would be returned in ** days of vacating, but I have not received it yet.
Request nestaway to please return my deposit ASAP.
