It has been more than a month now that I have left Colive and my deposit is yet not credited. I Had Raised The Notice Period On **th Of September And Left Colive On **th Of October Paying The Rent For The Whole Month. I Received A Formal Email From The Company Confirming About My Service Request. They Had Promised Me That My Deposit Will Be Refunded To Me Before **th Of November. However, Instead Of Getting My Money Back, They Have Asked Me To Pay Extra Amount Or They Will File A Case For The Same. I Have Been Mentally Traumatized By This And My College Grades Have Also Been Affected For The Same. They Sent Me An Email Stating I Haven't Raised The Notice Period Which Is At All Not True And I Have Raised A Lot Of Service Request For The Same Only To Not Get Any Answers From Them. I Request Voxya To Please Help Me With The Same. I am a student and this pandemic has bought a lot of pressure on everyone, the experience I am having with colive is more than traumatizing and has mentally exhausted me.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
