Nestaway In Bangalore - Security deposit not refunded back after move out

I had been offboarded from the Nestaway property at the end of July without * month prior notice and it's been * months I haven't got back my security deposit which they took from me smoothly when I moved in. Nestaway didn't even inform us anything regarding the offboarding. They became aware once I raised a complaint. I kept asking Customer care multiple times to resolve this issue and refund back my security deposit but the only thing I got back from them is that it's a Non IDR case and they can't do anything unless the owner pays them. If Nestaway has taken money from me, they are responsible to give it back to me.
