Nestaway In Bangalore - Complaint Against Nestaway Refund Not Provided Despite Proper MoveOut

I am filing this complaint against Nestaway regarding the non-payment of my security deposit refund, despite complying with all move-out requirements.
I served the full **-day notice period as required and handed over the house keys to the Nestaway agent on time. The agent completed the final inspection and officially closed my move-out status as “House Move-Out Closed”, with no dues or penalties applicable. The final refundable amount confirmed was ₹**,***.
It has now been more than one month, and I have still not received my refund.
Poor Service Experience During My Stay
From the day I moved in until the day I moved out, Nestaway’s service has been extremely poor.

On my move-in day, the Nestaway agent clearly confirmed that the rent amount I paid was inclusive of maintenance, water charges, and electricity.
Later, the owner informed me that I had to pay an additional ₹*,*** separately for water and electricity.
When I tried to contact the Nestaway agent to clarify this discrepancy, he completely absconded and did not respond to calls or messages.
Nestaway customer support later told me that I had to pay whatever amount the owner decided, contradicting the agent’s original confirmation.

Refund Delay Issue
After staying in the house for *.* years, I vacated the property over a month ago. Since then:

I have been repeatedly following up with Nestaway regarding my refund.
Every time, their team tells me that the owner needs to release the refund and asks me to wait for another ** hours.
This has been ongoing for over a month with no resolution and no refund received.

When tenants delay rent payments, penalties are imposed immediately. I would like to know whether the same accountability applies to the owner in refund cases.
I urgently need my ₹**,*** refund processed and credited to me as soon as possible. This prolonged delay has caused financial stress and inconvenience.
