I am filing a formal consumer dispute against Nestaway Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for the unlawful withholding of my ₹**,*** security deposit and severe unfair trade practices upon vacating my rental property.
Nestaway has arbitrarily deducted over ₹**,*** for fabricated "repairs" and "pending dues" using deceptive tactics. The core grievances of my case include:
Invalid Move-In Inspections: Nestaway is relying on a procedurally void move-in video taken after I had already taken possession and moved my belongings in, to charge me for pre-existing property decay.
Contract Breach & Double Charging: Illegally deducting fees for both "Painting" and un-itemized "Cleaning," which violates the Leave & License Agreement.
Fraudulent Utility Deductions: Withholding funds for an "estimated" electricity bill despite me providing a verified ₹*.** final BESCOM bill (covered fully under the government Gruha Jyothi scheme).
Digital Fraud & App Manipulation: Nestaway’s backend deliberately bypassed their own mandatory OTP (One-Time Password) security protocol to force an unauthorized ₹*,*** settlement into "Processing" without my digital consent.
Financial Ledger Fabrication: Secretly generating a mathematically and chronologically impossible ₹*.** internal invoice to unlawfully "set off" my deposit credits against fabricated debits and force account closure.
Retaliatory Denial of Service: Upon raising disputes, Nestaway intentionally blocked my app account from creating new service requests.
