I searched for a shared room in Bangalore from these Colive in HAL *rd Stage property name- @***MBParadise, the property Incharge RANITA. We paid a total security deposit amount of **,***/- and was about to check-in date on ** September, but when we went there, the house was totally in a mess, not Cleaned, no water in the bathroom. After several attempts to contacting the responsible party but did not get any response. So, we decided not to move into the property and conveyed the same over e-mail and calls to the company. Though we keep getting calls for the monthly payment and we kept telling them that we have not moved into the property. This continued for * months. Now on **th Dec, we received an e-mail from colive recovery team with a payment of approx **,***/- for the final closure to close our account and on failing to pay in * days they have to take legal action.
Help us resolve our issue.
