I have been living in nestaway property(Bengaluru) for the last *.* years. Due to COVID my employer asked me to work from home and I have decided to vacate the house. So I have notified nestaway that I am gonna vacate the house(July**,****) through mobile app. So on the move out date it was showing *** amount will be Refunded after deductions(processing time **days). I was like ok and left to my home town.
It’s been * months and still I haven’t received despoil money. Before I was getting answers from customer team but now a days there is no reply.
