They asked us to offboard from colive by August **st ****. Once I got the security deposit back in my colive wallet I redeemed it on September **th **** and they said it will be refunded within ** days. After ** days when I raised another service request they said it will be done within another **-** days. It has been around ** days now and I haven't received the refund yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
