We have started staying in Nestaway apartment from the last week of January ****. We vacated the apartment on *th October ****. When moving into Nestaway home, we were provided broken items and when the motor of the house got damaged, Nestaway didn't provide the very basic water amenity which was mentioned in the house amenities before we moved in (for which I have the screenshot). We had to pay and arrange water for our needs and Nestaway didn't help. The sofa which they had provided was broken and when they fixed smart lock by scraping off the door, we raised multiple requests emntioning about our safety. Nestaway didn't look into it. It was mental pressure for us girls who stayed there without safety when minimum CCTV was not working properly and the door was scraped to fix smart lock. The smart lock stopped working and again we requested multiple times to get it fixed. But, nobody checked upon that ever. Without actually resolving the issues, every request was marked as resolved. When we vacated, Nestaway still didn't return back our money even after * months when the representatives promised that it will be done in * weeks time. And for the purpose of deducting money, for the items that have been broken when they had provided us, they have charged for the same. It was total manipulation which we felt after staying there. We had so much mental pressure, office and health issues after staying there with so many issues. We want our complete security deposit back. Otherwise we would like to proceed with the court.
