Colive - Security Amount not refunded

As per the clause *.* of the official handbook of colive.com, refund of the security deposit will be processed on the **th of the subsequent calendar month post check-out & completion of all checkout formalities. So my vacating time was **th of July and its been ** days, I have been contacting all the property managers, cluster management, billing and settlement management and customer service but no issue was ever noted or taken seriously. I have raised a service ticket in the official colive app. But the only next day the section shows ticket/issue resolved and the ticket is closed. As per the agreement i had raised notice period, i have paid rent and additional charges which can be seen in the invoice of coliveapp. Hence I demand my security deposit.
