Venkatesh Madhamanchi filed complaint against Swiggy on May 28, 2019
Swiggy had failed to resolve the user queries in the time limit. I had reported that someone is using my email id in ordering the food. I had called and emailed the details of those order ( * orders), the support team is just saying we are looking into it. Please take action on this, they are just concentrated on there business only resolving food-related issues and no for security compliance.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
