I had booked for the peat control. They had two visits for it.
*st visit- Spray application
*nd visit- Gel application
The first visit is done on **th June.
The second visit was scheduled on **th September.
The professional did not arrive.
I called him and came to know he has some medical emergency.
I was expecting the team to inform about the professional not arriving or they should have Asked another professional to complete the service.
I later raised a complaint. Customer service rescheduled the visit fir **st September.
The professional didn’t arrive.
I then mailed the help center. I received a call back and again rescheduled to **th September.
and i still haven’t received any updates on where the professional is!!
Such pathetic service.
