Myntra - Seal of the package was torn when opened myntra bag

My order number is *******-*******-*******
I ordered boAt Rockerz *** Active Black In Ear Wireless Headphones which was delivered last night. When I opened it I was shocked to see that the box was already opened and was not properly placed in the box.
They have broken trust that I had in you and online shopping.
These guys don't check the products before delivery. Today I got a call from Moon who is executive from escalation dept. stating that they can't take it back. It was just waste of time and no help.
I need my money back and also compensate for the inconvenience caused.
Extremely unhappy and dissatisfied.
