Vu - Screen cast not working

I purchased a Vu ***cm (**) Full HD Smart LED TV from online.

Problem description :- The screen cast feature is not working with any device available at my home (Redmi MI Note *, Redmi *S Prime, Micromax Canvas Laptab LT***), I registered a complaint to their service center and the engineer also visited. But the same was not resolved and they said that its firmware is not compatible with MI or several other devices thats why screen cast will not work. I want to know why they did not mentioned the same information on their website that the TV functionality will not work with selected devices only. My purpose to buy this TV was majorly using the screen cast feature but its failed. I want refund of amount so that I can purchase another TV to fulfill my need.
Note : TV is currently under warranty
