This is just the just outline of my case, tell me should I move forward and file this ?????

Every night, on average, after **:**, Excitel's Regional Partner 'Tasa E Solutions' deliberately turns off power to equipment/device which provide internet. My connection is back active only after * or * AM i.e. disconnection for * hours. I had intimidated Excitel about the same on **th April ****, have raised ** tickets, made * calls, have chatted ** times and have written to Excitel's Nodal Officer atleast ** times. More than * months have gone by, but it seems Excitel is not interested in honoring the commitment made by it. * months ago, I have even written to the Excitel's Nodal Officer, describing in detail what is happening but his responses have been vague. He has even refused to acknowledge my request for an appointment with him. It seems that he doesn't exist. Out of the *** days/nights, my internet has been disconnected on ** nights. In total, internet disconnection for atleast *** hours i.e. amounts to service equivalent for ** days. I am a student and am preparing for Govt exams, and for that I take online mock tests, usually, at night. But, because of Excitel I am unable to do so.
I have attached my session history that clearly shows at what time I lost my connection and after how long it was back.
The duration and the frequency of the said disconnection has increased since I have written to the Nodal Officer.
I have more evidence and communications, but since only one file can be uploaded,I have only uploaded the latest one.
