I'm using EXCITEL Broadband and I'm facing connectivity issue since **th july and today is the *th day.. I'm chatting/calling customer support but they are saying it's escalated.Whenever I ask for update they just say give us sometime not giving any timeline..I'm working from home but cannot work due to no internet connectivity..Customer support agents are not even transferring calls to supervisor. I'm mentally harassed, I have to call/chat with them daily.. I can't beat it anymore.. Please anyone help
