Excitel promised immediate refund of security deposit upon returning the device. But it has been ** days and still no refund. They never tell you that it will take long time to refund at the time of taking new connection. I have been constantly following up on Twitter but getting false promise's. It a mental trauma to get refunds from Excitel and complete waste of energy.
