Bewakoof - scam

I ordered two t-shirts from Bewakoof on August *, ****, but received products not matching the website's description. I initiated returns for both. The pickup agent collected one t-shirt, and I have a screenshot confirming the return process was completed, yet Bewakoof has not refunded the amount. They also denied the return of the second t-shirt without reason.
Despite multiple attempts to contact Bewakoof, their initial responses were inadequate, and they have since stopped replying. This is unfair and fraudulent.
I request the Consumer Court to:
Order Bewakoof to refund the amount for the returned t-shirt.
Direct Bewakoof to accept the return of the second t-shirt and refund it.
Take action against Bewakoof for violating consumer rights.
